Pond Construction

Cody did some trenching work for running utilities from our house out to our barn. He was up front with his pricing and wanting to make sure he stayed at or under his quoted budget. Cidy was great with communication to make sure we were on the same page on getting everything done right.

Cody took down our old wood retaining wall and replaced it with a rock/stone retaining wall. It looks amazing, and we love it! It took a bit to schedule an exact date, but Cody was super flexible and always kind when contacting him. Highly recommend Cody and his hard work.

Excellent work that exceeded expectations.

These guys are the real deal!! Cody is a wonderful person who goes above and beyond to Make the experience satisfying. Thanks for your expertise!!

Cody was FANTASTIC! We have a huge property with tons of trees and leveling to be done for a yard and pole barn to be put in. He was great always communicated what expectations would be and if a problem occurred, he was always very quick to let me know what were the options to fix any issues. I very much appreciated his communication They played a huge role in helping us achieve exactly what we wanted. I have already recommended him too many friends and family and would recommend him to many more. If you want someone who is reliable and gets the job done he is your man.

I had the pleasure of having Cody do some work around our home and it turned out amazing. Not only was his work great quality but he was easy to work with he answered all questions along the way making sure I was comfortable before proceeding. I would recommending him to anyone looking for great quality work at a reasonable price. Thank you Cody.

Knowledgeable and trustworthy. Fair pricing. Will definitely hire for my next project!

Cody goes above and beyond in land clearing. And very reasonable priced fast and efficient. Great guy to do business with.

We've worked with Cody multiple times over the years for brush and tree removal. He always does a great job and we plan to keep having him back as needed. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with the work from Palmer Property Services. They handled the final grading at our new build, brought in quality topsoil, and planted grass that looks great already. Reliable, easy to work with, and they left the site spotless. Highly recommend them!

I had the privilege to work with Cody on a few projects around my house last week. Hardworking, professional, and knowledgable I would highly recommend him to anyone.!

I’ll start by saying that Cody does excellent work! Parts of my property were washed out and I wanted to nearly double my yard size out over a hill. He was very easy to work with as I changed the original plan on him a couple times. Offered great input based off experience when needed. The results far exceeded my expectations. Very fair pricing and hard working man!

Great work at good price! Cody is very skilled and flexible, will definitely be using him on future projects!

Cody went above and beyond for us. He was very thorough and conscientious of his work. He was timely and personable. We are already in talks for our next projects! We highly recommend him for all your property service needs!

Cody isn’t afraid of work that’s for sure! He set a price and time line for the work we had him do and it was done slightly ahead of schedule and never wavered on his original quote. Took care of the sight during the process never left a mess. Honest and hard working, Cody the pond is great. We’ll see you in the spring for some finish landscaping for sure.

Cody has done a couple of projects for us now. The most recent was a beach area in our backyard. He installed a French drain and graded out the yard to stop us from losing all of our sand. He also installed an amazing stone patio with fire pit. After a couple of heavy rains we found one other spot where the sand was washing away and he even came back to fix that too. Cody is great to work with throughout the whole process. He is honest, dependable, hard working and easy to communicate with. We have a couple more projects in mind for him in the future!!
